Refund Policy

Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account page. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then returns to the Free plan. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Refunds
- First purchase: if the service is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Forgotten renewal: if a renewal charged you and you have not used the plan in the new period, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a refund of that renewal.
- Service failure: if a paid normalization fails because of a fault on our side, it does not count against your allowance; if a failure made the plan unusable for a whole period, we will refund that period.
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. To ask for a refund, use the feedback page or reply to any email we sent you, and include the email address on the account.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on a statement, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and a chargeback may close the account.
